Community Garden

Franconia Elementary School’s Community Garden broke ground on Monday, April 30th.
The school received a three-year grant through the Montgomery County Department of Health, which includes: Health education lessons, the materials to build the garden and garden stand, plants, 2 benches, etc. The Souderton Area High School students built a vegetable stand as a part of the service project. Throughout the summer, students and families may come and care for the garden and pick vegetables.
